OneMagnify has established a global innovation hub within its Chennai Global Capability Center (GCC), a strategic evolution that moves the center from a delivery model to a high-impact engine for AI-native, platform-led growth. To lead this next chapter, the company has appointed Venkatesh Kidambi as Managing Director of OneMagnify India.
The Chennai hub will bring together expertise in data engineering, analytics, AI, digital experience, and performance marketing under one integrated model, designed to accelerate delivery, deepen capability, and drive measurable outcomes for clients globally. The move reflects OneMagnify's commitment to building the infrastructure that powers its Insight to Impact operating model at scale.

Venkatesh brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling digital, data, and technology platforms across global organizations. He has led large-scale transformation programs, established global Centers of Excellence, and delivered measurable business outcomes across enterprise and entrepreneurial environments. Most recently, he led global digital platforms and transformation programs that aligned cross-functional teams and drove sustained impact across markets. He also founded and scaled a venture, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset that complements OneMagnify's growth trajectory.
At OneMagnify India, Venkatesh will focus on scaling the hub's capabilities across data, technology, and performance marketing, while driving the innovation and operational rigor the center's new mandate demands.
